Ingrédients
1 courgette
1 potato
500 ml vegetable stock
1 teaspoon spirulina powder
1 tablespoon vegetable cream (optional)
Salt and pepper
Preparation
Cut the courgette and potato into pieces.
Cook them in the vegetable stock for 20 minutes.
Blend until you get a smooth texture.
Add the spirulina and mix well.
Add the plant-based cream for extra creaminess and serve hot.
