Green Spirulina Soup

Ingredients

1 courgette 1 potato 500 ml vegetable stock 1 tsp spirulina powder 1 tbsp vegetable cream (optional) Salt and pepper

Preparation

Cut the courgette and potato into chunks. Cook in the vegetable stock for 20 minutes. Blend until velvety smooth. Stir in the spirulina and mix well. Add the vegetable cream for extra smoothness and serve hot. 👉 Add a few pumpkin seeds for a crunchy effect and even more nutrients!
