Powder

Ingredients
1 zucchini
1 potato
500 ml vegetable stock
1 tsp spirulina powder
1 tbsp. vegetable cream (optional)
salt and pepper
Preparation
Cut the zucchini and potato into pieces.
Cook in vegetable stock for 20 minutes.
Blend until velvety smooth.
Add the spirulina and mix well.
Add the vegetable cream for extra smoothness and serve hot.
👉 Add a few pumpkin seeds for a crunchy effect and even more nutrients!
