1/2 green apple
1 handful of fresh spinach
1 teaspoon of spirulina powder or 4 tablets crushed into powder
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
150 ml of coconut water or fresh water
Juice of 1/2 lemon
A few ice cubes (optional)
