Ingredients
100 g red fruit (fresh or frozen) 200 ml plant milk (almond, coconut, oat, etc.) 1 tsp spirulina powder 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
Preparation
Blend all the ingredients until smooth. Serve immediately and enjoy chilled! 👉 Booster tip: Add a banana for an even smoother, more satisfying texture.
