½ green apple
½ cucumber
200 ml coconut water
1 teaspoon spirulina powder
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 small piece of fresh ginger (optional)
Preparation
Instructions:
Peel the apple and cucumber, then cut them into pieces.
Place all the ingredients in a blender.
Blend until smooth and homogeneous.
Serve chilled and enjoy immediately.
