Quinoa Spirulina Salad
A fresh and balanced salad, perfect for a healthy and light lunch!

Ingrédients
100 g quinoa
1 cucumber
1 teaspoon spirulina flakes
1 tablespoon olive oil
Juice of ½ lemon
Salt and pepper
Preparation
Cook the quinoa according to the instructions on the packet and leave to cool.
Dice the cucumber into small cubes.
Mix the quinoa, cucumber and spirulina.
Season with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Serve chilled, ideally with a few sesame or sunflower seeds for extra crunch.
👉 Gourmet tip: Add pieces of feta cheese or roasted chickpeas for a more complete meal!
