Ingredients
100 g quinoa 1 cucumber 1 tsp spirulina flakes 1 tbsp olive oil ½ lemon, squeezed Salt and pepper
Preparation
Cook the quinoa according to the packet instructions and leave to cool. Cut the cucumber into small cubes. Mix the quinoa, cucumber and spirulina. Season with olive oil, lemon, salt and pepper. Serve well chilled, ideally with a few sesame or sunflower seeds for extra crunch. 👉 Gourmet tip: Add pieces of feta cheese or grilled chickpeas for a more complete meal!
