Spirulina Sweet Potato Purée

Ingrédients

200 g sweet potatoes
1 teaspoon spirulina powder
1 tablespoon vegetable cream (optional)
Salt and pepper

Preparation

Peel and chop the sweet potatoes into pieces.
Steam or boil them until tender.
Mash them with a potato masher and stir in the spirulina and plant-based cream.
Season to taste and serve hot.
👉 Perfect with grilled fish or spread on wholemeal bread!
