A revisited pesto, rich in nutrients and ultra-tasty!

Ingrédients
50 g fresh basil
30 g pine nuts
1 clove of garlic
1 tablespoon spirulina flakes
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Salt and pepper
Preparation
Put all the ingredients in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Add olive oil if necessary.
Use this pesto on pasta, toast or as a salad dressing!
👉 Vegan option: Replace the Parmesan with blended almonds or cashews.
