Ingredients
50 g fresh basil 30 g pine nuts 1 clove garlic 1 tbsp. spirulina flakes 3 tbsp. olive oil 1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese (optional) Salt and pepper
Preparation
Put all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Adjust the olive oil if necessary. Use this pesto on pasta, toast or as a dressing for a salad! 👉 Vegan variation: Replace the parmesan with mixed almonds or cashew nuts.
