Spirulina Pancakes
Fluffy, colourful pancakes, perfect for an original and nutritious brunch!

Powder

Ingrédients
100 g flour
1 egg
200 ml milk (plant-based or dairy)
1 teaspoon spirulina powder
1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
½ sachet baking powder
Preparation
In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and spirulina.
Add the egg and milk, then whisk until you have a smooth batter.
Leave to rest for 10 minutes.
Cook small ladlefuls of batter in a lightly oiled frying pan, 1 minute on each side.
Serve with maple syrup, fresh fruit or yoghurt.
👉 Brunch tip: Add dark chocolate chips to the batter for an extra indulgent treat!
