Spirulina pancakes

Ingredients

100 g flour 1 egg 200 ml milk (vegetable or otherwise) 1 tsp spirulina powder 1 tbsp sugar (optional) ½ sachet baking powder

Preparation

Mix the flour, baking powder and spirulina in a bowl. Add the egg and milk, then whisk until smooth. Leave to rest for 10 minutes. Cook small ladles of pastry in a lightly oiled frying pan, 1 minute per side. Serve with maple syrup, fresh fruit or yoghurt. 👉 Brunch tip: Add dark chocolate chips to the pastry for even more deliciousness!
