Spirulina Hummus

An ultra-nutritious twist on traditional hummus, perfect for aperitifs or sandwiches.

Spirulina Hummus

Ingrédients

200 g cooked chickpeas
1 clove of garlic
1 teaspoon spirulina powder
1 tablespoon tahini (sesame paste)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper

Preparation

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Adjust the consistency with a little water if necessary.
Serve with vegetable sticks or pita bread.
👉 Add cumin or smoked paprika for even more flavour!
