Spirulina Hummus

An ultra-nutritious twist on traditional hummus, perfect for aperitifs or sandwiches.

Spirulina Hummus

Ingredients

200 g cooked chickpeas
1 clove garlic
1 tsp spirulina powder
1 tbsp. tahini (sesame purée)
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. olive oil
salt and pepper

Preparation

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Adjust consistency with a little water if necessary.
Serve with vegetable sticks or pita bread.
👉 Add cumin or smoked paprika for even more flavor!
