Spirulina Guacamole

Ingrédients

2 ripe avocados
1 tomato
1 teaspoon spirulina flakes
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper

Preparation

Mash the avocados with a fork.
Dice the tomato into small cubes and add it to the mashed avocado.
Add the spirulina, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Mix well and serve with tortillas or raw vegetables!
