Guacamole Spirulina
An even more nutritious guacamole with spirulina for a healthy aperitif!

SPIRULINA
Sequins

Ingredients
2 ripe avocados
1 tomato
1 tsp. spirulina flakes
1 tbsp. lemon juice
salt and pepper
Preparation
Mash the avocados with a fork.
Finely dice the tomato and add to the avocado purée.
Add spirulina, lemon, salt and pepper.
Mix well and serve with tortillas or raw vegetables!
