Ingredients

2 ripe tomatoes 1 cucumber 1 tsp spirulina flakes 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar Salt and pepper

Preparation

Cut the tomatoes and cucumber into pieces. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Chill for 30 minutes before serving 👉 Add wholemeal bread croutons for extra indulgence!
