Spirulina Gazpacho

Ingrédients

2 ripe tomatoes
1 cucumber
1 teaspoon spirulina flakes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper

Preparation

Cut the tomatoes and cucumber into pieces.
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
👉 Add wholemeal bread croutons for extra flavour!
