Hot Chocolate with Spirulina
A comforting hot chocolate with a healthy twist thanks to spirulina. Ideal for a cosy winter break!

Powder

Ingrédients
200 ml milk (plant-based or dairy)
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon spirulina powder
1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
Preparation
Heat the milk in a saucepan over low heat.
Add the cocoa and mix well to avoid lumps.
Remove from the heat and stir in the spirulina and maple syrup.
Whisk lightly to obtain a smooth and frothy drink.
Enjoy while hot!
